Very poor hotel layout/design to have your guests be exposing to loud music. Apparently it was right above or next door to wherever the band was playing, but if you had any aspirations of going to bed prior to about 1-2 am or whenever the hell they stopped playing, well, you were out of luck, because you could hear every note that played at very high levels.
